ADD in Adults: Help for Adults Who Suffer from Attention Deficit Disorder by Gordon Serfontein

Explains ADD in easy to read terms stressing the way in which ADD doesn't disappear when a child reaches adulthood. It gives reasons and variations for how ADD effects adult life, giving information of causes and symptoms and effective strategic ideas to help adults cope with some of the every day effects of ADD.

A great book, simple to read and well worth investing in for those newly diagnosed or thinking of obtaining a diagnosis, as well as those who want to learn more.
